A multi-disciplinary firm that provides Project Management, Architectural, Planning, Engineering and IT services. DSpan Consult specializes in project management and building design/construction and focuses on creating ‘best-value’ services, to the satisfaction of our clients.
The entire organization is wholly committed to a continuous ‘Quality Improvement Program’ which enables us achieve the set project objectives. We not only deliver the completed project but assist our prospective client’s define and determine the projects objectives and more importantly, determine or justify the relevance of projects (i.e. prior to inception).
The decision to develop or build is a major one with excessive consequences and this usually involves substantial investments of Time, Effort and Money. Achieving a project’s objectives therefore requires the most effective strategy and organizational expertise. DSpan Consult was strategically formed to provide such a service, which will ultimately produce results that satisfy both the Client and user’s needs.
DSpan Consult understands and supports team work and has successfully accomplished certain projects in collaboration with allied firms/service providers including, Kay Ababio & Partners, Architectural Spring, Fundamental Construction, etc.
