Description/Narrative or Brief : Surrounded by steep slopes, rocky landmass and unfriendly access routes typical of the McCarthy Hillside, the proposed development was designed and developed to merge seamlessly with the surroundings. A comfortable environment was developed with visually stimulating and functional spaces. This operational and efficient design provides exciting interior spaces naturally lit and well ventilated. Each area is designed to incorporate colors that excite or soothe users, depending on the function of space. A distinctive and contemporary exterior complements the spirit of the design
